Both numeric and string values were possible to capture through these data entry templates. Moreover, it offered various options to transform data for using into other programmes such as SPSS, STATA, MS-Access, Excel, etc. Finally the pre-test of the template had been done to get the final approval. Two separate groups of data entry operators for Type-A and Type-B had been formed for data entry and re-entry.
